I think just about all the regulars were there last night, with a few exceptions (Milan, Mel, Martin?!) so not much needed on here this time.

Escapes from grabs and then groundwork for most of the class. Ian (who’s now finished his production of ‘Peter Pan’ and is soon returning to a full time schedule) and I got to play with sticks with Sensei Alan. YESSS! Bloody good fun though it don’t half hurt when you get caught!

By the way, best martial arts movie ever, Road House! Saw it on the weekend, amazing! Classic line, “pain doesn’t hurt!” Ahahaha! Mullets and spin kicks abound!

Wade Garrett, best character in the film… With lines like “That gal’s got entirely too many brains to have an ass like that.” there’s no arguement!
