Great class, revisited some syllabus or rather, for some, was introduced to. Had a crack at tai o-toshi which we haven’t done in a while. Or maybe it was practiced whilst I was away destroying brain cells in mass quantities. Rather surprisingly I was the running joke for the evening and the long term effects of a weekend in Amsterdam were debated throughout. I must say though, I was feeling rather numb to techniques which I normally find very effective. Hmmm…
